Mae Ploy Yellow Curry Paste 400g

The perfect paste for an aromatic, tasty and authentic Thai Yellow curry.

Cooking Instructions:
Stir fry 50g Yellow curry paste with 240ml coconut milk, then add 200g of meat and another 120ml coconut milk and 120ml of water and heat until boiling. (For a milder flavour, halve the quantity of paste).
Add 100g cubed potatoes, 50g onion, 1/2 cup of water and cook till vegetables soften.
Add 2 tsp sugar and taste before seasoning.
